Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 9, 2026 · Last Updated: April 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Nashville Venue Rentals ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at nashvillevenuerentals.com. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site in any way, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, your only remedy is to stop using the Site.
1. What Nashville Venue Rentals Is
Nashville Venue Rentals is an online directory and informational platform. We aggregate, display, and organize publicly available information about event venues located in and around Greater Nashville, Tennessee, including Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, and Wilson counties.
We are a directory service only. We are not a booking agent, event planner, broker, venue representative, or party to any agreement between you and any venue. We do not manage, operate, inspect, endorse, or certify any venue listed on the Site.
Completing an inquiry form on this Site does not constitute a reservation, booking, contract, or any legally binding agreement with any venue. All such arrangements are solely between you and the venue directly.
2. Accuracy of Listing Information
Venue information displayed on the Site — including but not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, photographs, capacity figures, amenity details, pricing, and availability — is sourced from publicly available data, third-party data providers (including Google Places), user submissions, and venue owners themselves.
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any listing information. Venues change their pricing, policies, availability, ownership, and operations without notice to us.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all material information — including pricing, availability, licensing, capacity, accessibility, catering requirements, and any other details relevant to your event — directly with the venue before making any decisions or commitments.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Site — including claiming a venue listing and managing a premium listing — require account registration. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and keep it current.
- Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at admin@nashvillevenuerentals.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform.
4. Venue Claiming and Ownership Verification
Venue owners and authorized representatives may claim a listing on the Site. By submitting a claim, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner or an authorized representative of the venue and have the right to manage its public listing.
All claims are subject to administrative review and approval. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke any claim at our sole discretion. Approval of a claim does not constitute verification of ownership or any endorsement by Nashville Venue Rentals.
If you submit a fraudulent claim — claiming a venue you do not own or are not authorized to represent — your account will be immediately terminated and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Nashville Venue Rentals offers a Premium listing subscription billed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your PayPal account.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to premium features continues until that date.
- No Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
- Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
- Feature Changes. The specific features included in a Premium subscription may be modified at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any particular feature set will remain available for the duration of your subscription.
A Premium subscription is a marketing and visibility service only. We make no guarantees regarding the number of inquiries, bookings, leads, views, or revenue that will result from a Premium listing.
6. Content You Submit
By submitting, uploading, or posting any content to the Site — including photographs, venue descriptions, business information, inquiry messages, or any other material — you grant Nashville Venue Rentals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- The content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- The content does not contain malware, spam, or any harmful code.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, without notice or liability.

You agree not to use the Site to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information about any venue or person.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NASHVILLE VENUE RENTALS, ITS OWNER(S), EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from your reliance on venue information posted on the Site.
- Damages resulting from any event, booking, or transaction you enter into with a venue.
- Damages caused by any venue's acts, omissions, negligence, or failure to perform.
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
- Damages resulting from Site downtime, errors, or service interruptions.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED AND EVEN IF NASHVILLE VENUE RENTALS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Nashville Venue Rentals in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nashville Venue Rentals and its owner(s), officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content you submit to the Site; (d) your violation of any third party's rights; or (e) any event, booking, or dispute between you and any venue.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 16. Modifications to the Site and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site — or any feature of it — at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nashville Venue Rentals with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
