etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened in downtown Nashville in 2012, followed by the Franklin location in fall of 2024. The modern restaurant is complete with two private dining rooms, outdoor patio, full bar, and a chef’s bar with a view into the open kitchen. etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lamberts’ favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner.

The Iris Room seats up to 12 guests; the Cardinal Room seats up to 32. Additionally, we offer full restaurant buyouts for groups of up to 100 people. Food & beverage minimums are dependent on the date and time of the event.
